The preview imagery FancyFrame uses on their tour page is almost comically SFW compared to what I had in mind. In the Before photo, an elf-eared cutie stands outside on what looks like a college campus, wearing a pair of blue jeans and a classy but casual long-sleeved top. Most joints in the niche would offer up an After pic where she’s magically lost all her clothes, but FancyFrame does something entirely unexpected: it put her in a different SFW outfit, in a different outdoor setting. As wholesome as the images are, though, I couldn’t help noticing how real they both look. If they weren’t labeled, I wouldn’t know which was Before and which was After.
While it’s a little unclear who exactly FancyFrame.ai is marketing to, I’d bet any money you’re interested in the same thing that drew me in. This is an AI-powered image and video manipulator, and yes, you can definitely use it to make your own porn. They’ve currently got a trio of tools you can use to fancy up your own frames, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they unveiled some new ones as the platform evolves. The site just launched recently, and I was one of the first in line to test it out. Let me tell you how it went, but before we dive in, I have to remind you that you need full permission for any content that you upload to the website!
Undressing Photos and Switching Poses
I started my Fancy Frame experiments today with their Image Transformation feature. The easiest way to describe this one in a sentence is to call it
a hybrid prompt- and menu-based photo undresser, though that’s underselling it a bit. If you’ve played around with any instant nudifiers in the past, you already know that the custom prompt unlocks all kinds of possibilities that weren’t available among the earlier apps in the genre, and the included menus help simplify the overall process.
Case in point, the default prompt wasn’t even asking for a nude. “Keep the background unchanged, full-body figure, wearing a beautiful hat, and change the clothing to a soft-toned bikini in the same color.” As tempted as I was to immediately tweak that into a dirty request, I figured I should see what pops out using this prompt and a photo I’d snapped at Angel Gostosa. The original is SFW, depending on who you ask, with Angel posing on my balcony in her undies and official PornDude tee.
Eight credits and a matter of seconds later, Angel was smiling at me wearing a big hat and soft pink bikini. The colors on her hat stand out as perhaps a bit too bright for the image, but that’s the only sign of AI, and it’s minimal. I tweaked the prompt, asking for a nude this time, and got just that. The results come out fast and are good enough to beat off to, though genre enthusiasts may notice a bit of that uncanny valley effect that’s still common with AI.
The image adjuster at FancyFrame.ai changes clothes by default, but there are a couple other modes accessible via the buttons at the top of the screen. There’s also a pose changer, which I tried out next using the same photo of Angel, plus a reference pic of Hannah Quinn kneeling. With the default swaperoo prompt, I soon had a pic of Angel on her knees with a big smile on her face.
Taking the Poses One Step Further
I’ve reviewed a couple hundred AI porn sites to date, and the pose feature is something I’ve only seen a couple times on the more advanced sites. Going a step further,
Fancy Frame has an even rarer interaction mode that I’ve never seen baked into a nudifier before. It works similarly to the pose shifter, but incorporates people from two different pics.
Again, I started with the same photo of Angel, and then dropped a pic of Aspen Woods into the slot. The default prompt asked to see them performing at Carnegie Hall, so I rolled with it. In no time at all, the machine produced a pic of Angel playing violin with no pants while Aspen rocked a piano in her bikini bottoms and PornDude shirt.
As impressed as I was, I wanted to see the girls getting a bit more intimate, so I adjusted the prompt. I held my breath as I waited for the pic to generate, not sure if FancyFrame.ai could pull it off. To my pleasant surprise, I soon had exactly what I’d asked for: a pic of my costars in bed together, tits out and making out.
Fucking with Fancy Frame’s Face Fusion
Another killer feature at Fancy Frame is Face Fusion, which is what they’re calling their video-capable face swapper. In the interest of science, I tried it out with still pics first, using Angel’s body and a tight headshot of Julia James for the face. In about a minute, FancyFrame delivered the most realistic image I’d generated during my visit so far, without the uncanny effect of earlier experiments. I love how the AI matched Angel’s original facial expression. Unlike most apps, the face really looks like Julia’s, not a combination of the two women.
Making my way to the video face swapper, I did find one mild bummer: the maximum clip length is currently just ten seconds, so you may have some trimming to do. Fortunately, I had an eight-second naked dance vid I grabbed from a TikTok porn site, so I uploaded that along with, you guessed it, my PornDudeCasting promo shot of Angel.
This was my priciest Fancy Frame creation so far at 200 credits, but I was impressed by two things. The first was just the speed of the generation, which was finished by the time I took a leak and came back. The second was the quality of the video. Again, that really looks like Angel with a different body, hair and skin tone, but the facial expressions are matched perfectly and realistically. There are no virtual seam lines along the edges like you always got with earlier apps, and even my jaded ass would have assumed it was real had I not just whipped it up myself.
Deepfake Porn Vids at the Tap of a Button
FancyFrame.ai doesn’t explain exactly what goes on in their Video section, and based on the cleanliness of the tour page, I honestly wasn’t expecting what I found.
This is a full-on deepfake porno video maker, complete with a list of sex acts like deepthroat, undressing, POV missionary and dildo riding.
I stuck with the theme and reused my pic of Angel Gostosa flashing a peace sign in her licensed merch from the PornDudeShop. The interface is dead fucking simple, so all I had to do next was choose a sex act and a video length. I’ve been fantasizing about our scene together since the moment we finished filming, so I decided to reenvision it with AI. I tapped the Blowjob button, left it on the normal length, and spent 200 credits as I clicked Submit.
The result was interesting, but it wasn’t a beej. Angel remained standing alone on my balcony, but now she blew a kiss, wiggled her arm and stuck her tongue out. Some platforms will reimagine a whole scene, stripping out the background and adding new characters, but the AI here didn’t do that. That means you’ll have to pay closer attention to the source material.
So I ran the same request with the face pic of Julia I’d played with earlier. The AI had a much easier time turning this one into a cocksucking clip, simply sticking a dingdong in that lovely mug. Julia, in turn, sticks it in her mouth, bobbing her head and working her lips. Certain frames look a little strange and give it away as AI, but overall, it’s a fapworthy bit of custom smut.
I uploaded a photo of Indica Marie in a similar pose and outfit as Angel, and asked for a simple undress video. Fancy Frame nailed this one even better than the dong polishing bit. Indica drops her panties first, revealing her shaved beaver, before lifting her PornDude gear up over her pretty head.
FancyFrame.ai keeps it clean as hell out on the tour page, but fortunately for us pervs, the platform is capable of generating exactly the kind of filth you’re probably hoping for. The image-tweaking features go well beyond the basic undressing of the early AI nudifiers, while the face swapping and video machine allow for high-quality custom deepfakes that we could only dream about just a couple years ago. Prices start at thirty bucks a month, the same as your typical premium porn platform, but how many paysites are serving up your very own fantasies?
